not sending pics since 5.1!!

hey guys, problem again!! when first got iphone 4, had go vodaphone, set work fine not send pics, got red exclamation mark, on contract payg, found settings needed changed , worked fine,.
got update 5, guess what? didnt work again.....back vodaphone shop, put new settings in , off whent again.
5.1.....hey got it not send pics again!!! why need keep going , them keep entering things in settings work again.
1 know need set make work on payg vodaphone send pics again?
