larger iPhone vs iPad. Would you still buy an iPad?

if apple decides release 4 4.6" iphone still interested in ipad? own "new" ipad have galaxy nexus me still buy. if next iphone galaxy note size not buy tablet. , reason don't have note because it's not on verizon. can't leave grandfathered unlimited plan.

 

if next iphone size of galaxy note, not owner of next iphone.
