Mid 2010 Macbook Pro 13"

hi. got errors laptop.
got question mark screen , not. fixed.

current problem fan seems running anywhere 4000 6000rpm.
i've heard normal rpm should run 2000.

knowing that, if fails or overheats, boom. laptop gone.
warranty already.

wondering best way through issue?
should buy new fan? if so, can buy from? links if possible
