Mac Pro 1,1 Stopped working. HELP! Dead logic board?


i installing new software windows 7 install in parallels, , screen froze. not else, did hard restart, holding down power button til shutoff. when rebooted never go lion(i had 10.7.2). pulled main drive machine , connected laptop(macbook air) , drive fine , able boot drive. have time machine backup of drives in mac pro(of have 4) 3 main drives , 1 time machine. long story short, formatted main drive, , attempted reinstall lion on it, mac pro show efi boot when hold control when booting. put in old snow leopard dvd , show under boot menu never begin install. last resort, formatted 320 gig external 2.5" drive , installed lion, , did restore time machine external, , re connected via usb mac pro, , got boot menu, selected new drive time machine restore on it, never boot, sat @ grey screen spinning circle(not beach ball) under apple logo, went away, , never booted. can connect same drive macbook air , boot external no problem. ideas? logic board? have had machine since 2009 , have never had trouble. don't have original install discs, purchased used.

please help, point of taking apple have fix don't want spend $2000 on new one.
