Push/fetch email not working on 4s

recently (last 2 weeks) i've been having trouble receiving push email on iphone 4s. use yahoo tried using gmail , wouldn't push phone. well, when set phone fetch emails doesn't load new emails until open mail app.

i've tried deleted , readding email accounts in addition restarting iphone, still doesn't make difference if i'm on wifi or 3g.

insight?
