3gs stuck in recovery/dfu and wont come out?

i have 3gs 4.0.1 trying upgrade 5.0.1. happened , itunes tried restore guess , it's stuck. no holding power/home buttons system works. kind of wont shut off , itunes 10.5.3.3 doesnt see phone. non jb phone. jb while un jail broke 4.0.1.

ideas how out of this? dont think can restore , itunes doesnt see phone. i'm using windows 7.
