iTunes Match download is corrupted?

trying download jam's "precious" keeps coming corrupted? deleted cloud , uploaded again, , still comes corrupted when downloaded?

i'm trying new kenny chesney song, same prob.
best i've done go 4g on iphone, no wifi, bought there (it worked) can't transfer on macbook. annoying, there lot of questions in section of itunes. no real answers though. few people have had luck using different wifi set ups other own, finding hot spot.
