finder "arrange by kind"

i quite headers separate document types when set finder arrange kind. invariably within few hours these headers somehow messed , start displaying folders themselves, makes things confusing.

relaunching finder fixes this, gets old doing several times day. know of more persistent fix? i'm worrying apple going become less aggressive addressing os bugs since seems priority has shifted pushing paid upgrades on yearly basis

 

relaunching finder takes 10 seconds.
