Need more space for Windows partition (Bootcamp)

i've literally created 45gb partition in bootcamp , installed windows 7, being noob am, i've realised 45gb won't enough.

i've read guide resizing partitions, methods seem mention may harm hard drive or lead data loss.

considering i've done installed windows far (haven't installed additional programs) easier , safer go bootcamp , remove windows partition, , try again bigger size? or risk loosing data or corrupting mac os x side of things too?

yes e easier , quicker won't upset osx. if click on in menu bar type in bootcamp give way
