Push Mail on WiFi only?

does know of way/app have mail pushed when you're on wifi only?

i'm running jailbroken 4s on att 200mb data plan. don't go above 180mb month i'm on wifi lot. don't want have emails pushed when on 3g because aren't important , since many put me on limit.

i dont think such package exists on cydia.
maybe enable/disable push whenever want. using push mail sbsettings toggle.
quick thing came mind.
