Weird thing happening with OSX Lion on Macbook Pro

new forum, have found information on mac's , how resolve problems, have problem own macbookpro mid 2010 model.

after upgrading osx lion, find happens, (see image attached) happen else? , know how resolve it?

looks there's other folks having same issue. sorry not have more helpful, can check out a discussion on apple support others experiencing similar glitches. according thread, apple working on 10.7.4 update....
