looking shape again (i'm not overweight, want more energy , tone bit), , started running tonight, 1.5 miles (to park 1 way). not used since took break year. anyways, idea spend time working way up, here's cardio/lifting schedule:
monday: run (1 hour-ish, half time actual running , other half light jog/walking).
tuesday: lifting
wednesday: swimming (i on swim team in hs 3 years ago know many strokes , can quickly)
thursday: lift/break
friday: run
saturday: lift/break
sunday: break
chose lift @ least twice week since i'm more interested in becoming more lean (i have body fat i'd shed off bit before gaining muscle). is, either lift tues/thurs , take sat/sun off, lift tues/sat , keep thurs/sun off, or lift thurs/sat , leave tues/sun off.
might wanna increase protein intake lifting , drink more water milk (i love milk lol). if has suggestions please let me know!
