iPhone 4 16GB WiFi Grayed

anyone ! please me. iphone 4, 16gb (unlucked version): wi-fi not working. seems grayed , says no wifi. have searched on internet, didnt solution 3g working fine.
have reset, erase data, restore, , done 2-3 time done have seen in web. still not working. please help.
have tried:

forgetting network
resetting network settings
rebooting
hard resetting
restoring
updating 5.0.1
rebooting access points
changing key on access points
upgrading airport express , extreme 4.6
static ip on ios device
other access point hardware

have totally restored , setup new phone instead of backup? if doesn't work, take apple.
