Cannot run Apple Hardware Test

i loaded 10.7.3 black macbook, cannot use lion's aht. had connected through wireless , ethernet. tried booting d held down, , opt & d pressed. thought once loaded lion access aht through internet. previous owner did not have grey os disk when purchased macbook.

i have searched online aht 3a141, cannot find usable source. have specific aht , willing share? or @ least provide online source.
