iPad 2 quicker on the web than iPad 3

put 2 ipads side side both 64g both on same wifi access point. every page ipad 2 just. bit quicker ipad 3?

on many of apple pages (http://www.apple.com/ipad/) there pin wheel spinning in upper right after wifi signal strength. ipad 2 not this.

else seeing this?

 

i noticed slowness in safari on ipad 3. pretty quick on launch day on past few days i've noticed seem slower. not sure culprit i've filed bug report apple.

can addressed firmrware update.
