Most new ipad 3 Targus cases are faulty!

just learned today new targus cases faulty , not work magnetic on/off. first confirmed @ best buy when took 2 ipad 3's , tested them 4 new models, failing cooperate ipad 3 magnetic sensor. apparently magnets misplaced in new cases.. after posting experience on targus website, pleasantly surprised response marketing team offering send me "tested" case @ no charge , able keep 1 had backup. asked receipt. called confirm mail , low , behold, true , see replacement (correctly manufactured) in 6-8 weeks. while seems long ways away, don't forget still have current ipad 3 versavu works fine other magnetic on / off can't complain. targus not acknowledge manufacturing defect, offer make right? rep on phone said "a substantial amount if units defective" guess number in millions assuming ipadjust sold 3 million units past weekend , targus company had cases available @ launch. buyer beware, if auto on offs important not case right now, if that's not problem , don't mind using case free until redesigned 1 available it's great case. stems apple not working vendors allow them prapaired new product launch. hope review helps questioning targus...
