1080p Recording & better camera w/ retina display?

so question is, since know sure ipad 3 have retina display, double pixels, wanna know doesnt make sense improve camera & more importantly make able record in full 1080p? or higher if possible??? regardly i'm getting ipad 3 anyway want know

yes does. we'll see 5-8 mp camera on 1080p recording. , maybe improved front camera well.
