remote is not seeing my shared library?

i have remote sharing turned on in itunes neither ipad nor iphone seeing ???

 

remote app; itunes issues.

having same issue.
not sure if it's new version of itunes or new ios.
wasn't working friday afternoon, working friday night. saturday it's not working again.

itunes (win7) cannot see appletv or airport express. no airplay icon.
ipad can see appletv, via remote app, not library.
