How long for verizon LTE to activate?

ive been waiting hour after monthly purchase 2gb went through lte kick in, nothing. im in area has lte. shows getting 3-4 bars of verizon 3g, not working. when try anything, says cellular network not activated.

lte switched on, 3g data. ideas be?

ipad 3 verizon lte , 32 gb

 

you know thing have reset? had reset again. can't recall specific item called right now, though, sorry. it's 1 of options in general->settings-> reset->network/subscriber services ... effect.
