Help deciding between AT&T or Verizon for Portland, OR

looking input/advice portlanders. realize verizon 1 lte in oregon , knows how far away at&t's lte area. know at&t has pretty hspa+ coverage around state.

realize verizon ipad seems no-brainers, travel around entire state of oregon job , reason seems faster 3g data areas not covered lte better choice.

love hear thoughts other oregonians or fellow road warriors.
