Problem syncing iphone with old computer with a new hard drive

so macbook's hard drive died , had replaced. used external hard drive transfer old library onto new hard drive.

when try , sync iphone, itunes prompts message saying there apps on iphone aren't on computer , transfer these computer.

after click on yes, tells me computer isn't authorised account. gives new message saying have authorised computer. after clicking ok, gives me first message again , wants me authorise computer..... endless loop.

have tried restarting both items, deauthorising , reauthorising no avail. ideas?

 

it seems you've done can (e.g., reauthorized), restore phone , resync.
