iOS 5.1 video playback bug (audio sync)

anyone else notice during mp4 playback, audio track half second ahead of video? tried same file on ps3 , totally fine. video in question h.264 encoded standard aac stereo audio. have tried multiple settings , bit rates same result. appears ios software issue. wonder if apple knows it.

m4v itunes store appear unaffected, @ least in standard def. called apple, know nothing it.
