CONSTANT DISK REPAIRS? Can i upgrade to Lion?

**heads-up= sorry long introduction, think better details out instead of later going , forth**

hello mac geniuses,
have found forum , website many times more useful , capable mac "genius".
little post, use other peoples posts , responses deal issues mbp , ios devices.

have 15" mbp: macbookpro6,2
500gb, i5, 2.53 ghz, late 2010, running sl

have partitioned 100gb off bootcamp partition running windows 7, use parallels on bootcamps vm. though main version run windows gaming purposes, , time time jailbreak , unlock purposes.

in near future plan on selling computer , moving imac (many capabilities of ipad2, use work , studying needs. dropbox , splashtop streamer make possible me not leave house laptop , out of house on ipad.
being said upgrading imac screen real estate, larger hard drive, memory, , graphics card. main use of mbp video editing avid, aftereffects, premeire.. pretty worth me change now, before next line of mbp's released.

in preperation of upgrade , sale, have purchased external hd: 750gb g-drive mobile, assist mybook 1tb...
plan on upgrading mbp lion both being update next owner , there not problems of migrating backup of snow leopard (tm or ccc) new lion computer. assume because 2 different devices on 2 different operating systems best @ least put them on same operating system narrow down future compatibility issues.
after repartitioning both drives

1.my book: 1tb 315gb tm backups, winclone backup, , rest storage.​

2.g-drive mobile: 750gb 315 ccc backups, , rest storage​

have backuped started running maitence/cleaning tasks , repairs. before started backing repaired macintosh hd disk , permissions advised both in onyx , disk utility.
caught attention how find myself repairing disc or permissions. quite often, if verify once week tell me repair.. pretty every-time verify (lets says after few days prior repair) tell me launch sl c.d. , repair disc....

point happens lot, , on computer purchased year ago, doesnt seem fitting. forgot mention before dont see major problems computer on own, happens run slower expect such new computer. pushes me verify permissions , disc leads me repair.

once repair permissions (not disc) re-verify , again find plently of things out of place, re-repair , re-verify , still find problems.... continous loop.

want careful , took computer local "apple store" , had genius @ it. wanted make sure computer (hd) sell not faulty or broken. ran checks , tests in store , said looked fine.

diagnosis bootcamp , windows cause problems.

im wondering if diagnosis , method of action right 1 , @ necessary.

saw on persons post made lion cd or thumb-drive download macappstore , clean installed on snow leopard, leaving bootcamp partition alone...

p.s. dont know if safe, necessary or possible, maybe can find logs of permission , disc repairs , show can understand continuous problem is.

 

well honest post long skip on after first look.

have no idea why chose include details topic says all.

if have disk repair there wrong physical disk or os using totally corrupted. doesn't happen unless disk failing.

yes upgrade lion won't fix problems may have disk.
