Bluetooth devices and AVRCP

in car, use kensington bluetooth receiver plugs aux port on stereo. came little remote play/pause/skip, worked great until broke. instead of buying of same unit, i'm considering getting stereo bluetooth headset (like these perhaps) play/pause controls.

here's question: if have 2 bluetooth devices connected iphone @ same time (in specific case, kensington receiver , stereo headset), playback controls on 1 still work if i'm sending audio other one? know?
