Case suggestions for iPhone 4S

my id america dryice case has way many cracks , don't think have time left it. can suggest case that...
1. white iphone 4s
2. preferably snap on case. 2 piece design cases okay long dont bubble screen protector. cases have slide off bottom bit okay too. absolutely no bumper cases.
3. has lay on table design
4. offers protection isnt bulky (no otterboxes or them thanks)
5. grip case (basically doesn't slide out of one's hands)
6. case not bubble screen protector

i got charcoal gray sgp modello case , absolutely love it. it's not snap on case, other meets of other criteria. price great too: $15 free shipping sgp's ebay , amazon stores.
