what's easiest way transfer entire itunes library 1 mac other. sync iphone , ipad library, , don't want have resync them on again.

put both macs on same network. turn on itunes "home sharing" feature, on both macs. on old mac, set share library. on new mac, can select old mac's tunes, you'll see under shared > music, , click import button copy them new mac.
can copy itunes library in other ways too. see this article in apple's knowledge base.
