1. if buy ssd 2011 macbook pro fast macbook air in real-world situations (browsing, app opening, etc)? saw video on youtube answers question kid came off ignorant, wanted ask again. (he saying $1000 mba powerful $2000 mbp because mba second behind pro in opening imovie...)
2. if or when ssd, taking out optical drive since don't use , idea of having second hdd more stuff. ssd in main bay (where hdd right now) , hdd have in right go in optical bay. love speed of ssd, obviously, don't have $800 completly replace current hdd (500gb). apart putting on ssd, how should split content up? apps on ssd , movies/media on hdd? should go on ssd , on hdd give speed want?
3. when replace superdrive, there external dvd drive can recommend? in case need burn dvd or cd.
4. crazy question. since gpu,cpu, ports, etc on logic board(?), thats why non upgradeable, when new ivy bridge macbook pros come out, can buy logic board them , put in computer? or should buy brand new mac if want that?
