Resolved Made in Vietnam?

i picked new ipod shuffle amazon other day , earbuds labeled "vietnam" others i've ever had labeled "china". has else ever seen this? in other countries beside vietnam , china earbuds made? has got me curious... have never seen apple product made in vietnam. have heard apple plans open facility in brazil in future.
