Question about the Airport Express and Windows

hi there, use both mac/pc , have set of harman harden speaker, want share speaker between 2 computers/systems. know the” belkin bluetooth music receiver” can achieve delays due limitation of bluetooth not nice. i’m hearing coming mountain lion system going enable airplay function new os system (adding virtual port sound output) without need of itunes (as i barely use itunes player) has work airport express makes me want buy one. question use pc/windows lot. know there airport utility windows, i’m using airport extreme; option sound output has been disabled. i’m wondering whether far airport utility windows allows pc output sound speakers connected airport express, without needing itunes program, any sound/music windows program.

if have airport , using windows please give me advices

i doubt apple release windows driver set accomplish outside of itunes. it's not available. it'll cool feature though if though. right now, can use itunes though output; nothing else.
