iPad and DNS


hello all.

i'm no networking expert, managed, on mac pro, use google open dns in router/internet settings, can access sites blocked isp.

possible on ipad cellular data plan have?
 

you can configure dns wifi networks.

cannot cellular networks. unless... *maybe* if jailbreak.
