In Search of a Case That...

i have been looking on web , forums , can't seem find case fits few requirements.

1. covers both front , of ipad
2. made out of faux leather or sort of durable fabric. cannot 100% plastic piece if plastic , has sort of cushion fine.
3. doesn't cover bezel can swipe.
4. when front or cover folded bi or trifold design, suede on inside , not on outside touching whatever surface. therefore outer part of case stays outside , inner suede/microfiber stays clean , on inner part of case @ times.
5. below $70.

first 3 requirements quite common last 2 having trouble with.

thoughts or places appreciated.
