iCloud vs. iTouch 2G Question

if convert mobileme account icloud account, able access icloud data on itouch 2g using web interface?

haven't converted yet.
if go www.icloud.com on itouch 3 buttons, setup/install findmyphone/install findmyfriends.
research far, indicates 2g can't access icloud using built in apps.

using webapp option @ all?
