Canadians: Roaming question?

don't know data plans, looking info mother.

in ottawa area, travels periodically business(within ontario ie. toronto, kingston,etc.) , need data availability. there roaming charges there cell-phones or not? can't seem find need on carrier websites, might not know look.

all data in plan can used anywhere in canada. go bc/ab/sk/mb etc etc , use data , have no charges.
