the app free, , available call of duty elite users -- there premium elite membership available includes free downloadable content , other goodies, doesn't affect mobile app -- though there no sign-up app itself. users must enroll via website or elite app on either xbox 360 or playstation 3 first. call of duty elite app works when connected internet via 3g or wi-fi.
