battery useage advice

ive got late 2011 macbook pro 13. ive read battery faq , been helpful.

, want check correct. tend leave laptop plugged in when iam @ work or asleep( macbook not shut down in sleep mode). @ least once during day take battery of charge , use till power drops 5-10% revert running on power.

practise if not advice give, in advance

 

use computer how want to. there no "correct" or "incorrect" way use battery.
