Mail app can't send emails from Groupwise address

hi,

new mac user set mail server multiple accounts: gmail, hotmail , groupwise (my company's email address).

since hesitated between thunderbird , mail, nstalled , configured both.

turns out both work fine except 1 thing. both, can not send emails groupwise email address. instance mail, says:

"the sender address username@groupwise.***.*** rejected server smtp.groupwise.***.***"

checked service of company (which not want me further...) , seems set ok: right smtp name , port, ssl ticked.

wonder if of ever had problem , how solved it... work, need fixed asap.
