How do you make albums on iPhoto?

on screenshots iphoto in app store shows albums chicago trip etc, how do that? went beach , took beach pictures, how make album says beach , has pictures in it. album mean books show on shelf when open iphoto. on iphoto there edited pictures , camera roll, how make own album?

 

sync pictures ipad desktop (or take pictures on ipad).

iphoto reads ipad's/iphone's "photos" app whatever pictures/folders/events have in photos app show in iphoto on ipad/iphone.
