Developing on PPC OS X 10.5.8

first post here.

i'd develop simple music application (some sort of audio player fit in dock).

did register developer account on apple.com can't find version of xcode that's compatible ppc 10.5.8.

if has link, please post here. !

setups mdd dual 1.42 & mdd dual 1.25.

 

go page, https://developer.apple.com/downloads/index.action, , search "xcode 3.1.4" in search bar on left. last version run on 10.5.8.
