WiFi issues? Having to turn WiFi on and off constantly.

wifi issues? having turn wifi on , off constantly.
2011 i7 mba freezes once turn wifi off it's fine. not router or internet connection not issue on windows machines , speedtest sites confirm that. gives? having similar issues?

 

sounds have bad airport card installed. i'd take in apple. check console logs , see if there's log files of when happening.
