iPad pre order at Best Buy?

so have gift cards use on new ipad. idea if taking pre orders or showing best bet? i'll buy apple store if have rather buy best buy in order use gift cards. additional info appreciated.

 

use gift cards else. store other apple during type of event asking trouble.
