MobileTerminal constantly crashing after 2 seconds.

after jailbreaking iphone 4 (ios 5.0.1) yesterday went go change password openssh mobileterminal , opened , crashed straight away.

have tried uninstalling , reinstalling several times, have tried rebooting iphone after have installed it.

if provied i'd grateful.

if can't find working version of mobile terminal can ssh in phone , change password through computer's terminal.
