Adobe flash player?

does adobe flash player works os x lion? i'm having problems installing on lion, had no problem on windows 7 side parallel desktop...but doesn't want install , safari issue?...??

should install have recent fresh install of lion , put flash on other day. java on other hand not install. apple has it's own version lion.
