How to update iPad 2 to from 4.3.3 to 5.0.1?

i have got ipad 2 has 4.3.3 on it. tried download 5.0.1 online , restore ipad using file, itunes shows error message.
don't want update 5.1, otherwise lose jailbreak. there way can update 5.0.1?
when try update, says "the ipad not restored. device isn't eligible requested build"

 

sorry, needed update 5.0.1 before 5.1 released. apple allows devices updated recent firmware.

if had saved shshs ipad before 5.1 released, there may way -- haven't kept this, i'm not sure if ipad 2 works way or not -- i'm guessing haven't saved shshs either, in case there nothing can do.
