Windows 7 Professional - Disk Space LOW - on 32gb partition

hi.

have gone through boot camp assistant, created 32gb partition , installed new copy of windows 7.

after usual couple of reboots windows runs fine problem amount of space windows c: drive showing me available use. said, partition 32gb , red bar full! says have 2.33gb remaining!!

took me 2 attempts windows installed , working (i'm first time mac user , have no experience using bootcamp)... upon failing first time rebooted lion, opened boot camp assistant , removed windows before second attempt, maybe has damaged disk?

my spec if it's of use...
mac os x version 10.7.3
27-inch - 3.4 ghz i7
16gb ddr3 - radeon hd 6970m 1024 mb

advice or solutions, i'm noob in need of help.

you can try verifying disk in disk utility, doubt that's going windows partition. did install software on windows side? office, or adobe creative suite?
