Should I Exchange my iPad 2 for an iPad 3 ?

i purchased ipad 2 16gb wifi in black. there difference other retena display?? experiencing issue viewing youtube videos freezes or says video unavailable. must have flash?

 

if it's still under window of time have return so! retina display gorgeous, graphical update worth , dictation great. trust me, it's worth hassle return new ipad (3rd gen).
