Rubber Seal coming out!

anyone have rubber seal coming out around screen?

have pushed mine in 4 times , got sick of it. brought local apple store tonight , told me can new 1 if desired. brought out brown box ipad , informed me brand new , not refurbished, , reset old 1 information off of it. deal!
