Rootkit Trojan.Grozomon Yikes!

hey guys run bootcamp on mac gaming. running superantispyware scan while in safemode on windows precaution, when found trojan, not trojan rootkit. kind of concerned... yes windows, came download 3rd party driver or skyrim mod. when check out file extension shocked on e drive, mac osx lion. professional , deal viruses time. confused though on how got onto mbp. maybe came flash drive. not understand this; rootkit has designed specific os correct? if true in fact mac osx virus.

looks false positive me - system log files (actually smart query files used console)
