New Crucial m4 SSD, low write speeds?

hello all,

today, received crucial m4 128gb ssd 2011 macbook pro. installed in main hard drive slot without hitch, got os x lion installed , information migrated on without hitch. here problem. downloaded disk speed test, , consistently got write speed of ~200mb/s (+/-10mb/s) , read speed of around 480mb/s. so, decided enable trim (using trim enabler 2.1, first erased free space in single user mode @ root prompt), , these speeds consistently trim enabled. these normal speeds, , if not, how can fix these speeds (mainly write speed)? i've searched amount, can't come decent answer/explanation of why happening.
