Iphone stuck on reboot logo

hello

downloaded cydia tweak ios device(sb rotator)
after downloading , installing tweak rebooted find stay on reboot logo.
have tried powering off device , rebooting , same screen comes on.
can stop screen coming on can remove in cydia.
muchly appreciated.

running ios 5.0.1 , sb rotator 2.1.5. have figured firmware required tweak 3.4 4.1.

 

did install ssh?

if can ssh onto device , set boot safe mode or remove package way
