i've been in group imessage since ios 5 came out, , first time has happened.
last night, tried send rather long imessage group (maybe 2-3 times size of normal text limit). failed send, , when failed send, green, not blue. friends said received outside group imessage individual sms, though showed not sent on end.
problem is, now, can't seem send imessages group (green button, not blue, sends sms individually). can still send imessage individual people.
i've turned imessage off , on again , no luck. if delete group conversation , straight new group imessage, let me send it, messages after that, lets me send them sms!
else experienced similar? how did resolve it?
turns out 1 of guys in group had turned off imessage, that's why sending sms individually (4 of in total). however, i'm confused why me affected, other 2 still send imessages in group , receive them.
think imessage still incredibly buggy , not implemented correctly @ all.
